SHIPPING

Shipping to the United Kingdom is free and is dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which takes 1-2 days to deliver. Orders are dispatched either the same day or the next working day.

Shipping to Europe is £4 and is dispatched using Royal Mail it can take between 3-10 days to deliver. Orders are dispatched either the same day or the next working day.

Shipping to The Rest of the World is £15 and is dispatched using Royal Mail it can take between 5-15 days to deliver. Orders are dispatched either the same day or the next working day.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and contact us on info@ennuistudios.co.uk for the return address. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement, depending on your card company.
